After a showing one of the most common questions you get from a client is “was there any feedback” on our home? Well, to keep my clients “in the loop” and “better informed” I use a system called Centralized Showing Service. This service provides my clients with up to date feedback from all the Showing Agents and their Buyers. The system automatically sends the Showing Agent an email with a picture and a short survey asking them specific questions about your property. Every time an agent responds, you receive an email immediately telling you that there is new feedback on your home. My clients are given their very own Login Name and Password to the unfiltered feedback provided from the showing. With this system, you, the client know exactly what comments are being provided by the Showing Agents and can even keep track of the statistics from those responses. My promise is to put in place a feedback system that keeps you informed and in the loop. I will sell your home faster and for more money!
